Kyrgyzstan introduces 7-day visa-free regime for nationals of India and China
A visa-free regime for up to 7 days is introduced for citizens of India and China if certain conditions of entry into Kyrgyzstan are met, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic said, KABAR reported.
Such decisions were taken by the Cabinet of Ministers in order to further liberalize the visa regime.
In particular, a visa-free regime for up to 7 days with the right to re-enter after 21 days from the date of departure from the country is provided for citizens of India and China - holders of long-term multiple-entry visas of such countries as the United States, the United Kingdom and the Schengen zone.
In addition, visa-free regime up to 30 days in the presence of a return air ticket, for permanent residents of the Special Administrative Regions of Macao and Hong Kong of the People's Republic of China with the right of re-entry after 30 days from the date of departure from Kyrgyzstan.
These measures are aimed at further stimulating tourist flows and improving the investment and business attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan.
