Kyrgyzstan introduces new rules for issuing permits to foreigners
From January 1, 2025, the procedure for issuing permits will be carried out according to new rules, on the principle of a "single window", the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic said, Kabar reports.
Thus, in order to carry out the relevant technical, programmatic and organizational measures, in order to timely implement the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ework.e-gov.kg portal stops accepting documents for obtaining quotas and work permits from December 25, 2024.
The ministry explained that the innovation is related to the approval of the Temporary Regulation on the procedure for issuing permits for stay and work in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by foreign citizens and stateless persons.
The ministry strongly recommends that applicants for foreign labor complete the procedures for submitting/receiving relevant documents by December 25, 2024.
