Kyrgyzstan presents its stand at international exhibition in Japan
The program of the Kyrgyz Republic at the international exhibition TOURISM EXPO JAPAN in the city of Osaka aroused great interest among the Japanese, Kabar reports.
“The program of the Kyrgyz Republic aroused great interest among the Japanese: playing the komuz, national dances and, of course, the fiery solo on the ooz-komuz, which was performed by Leo Tadagawa, director of the Japan-Kyrgyz Cultural Exchange Association - all this was authentic and unusual for visitors, causing them delight and immersing them in real folklore,” the Fund for Support of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the exhibition, several performances took place both at the stand of the Kyrgyz Republic and on the main stage of the exhibition pavilion, and each of them was a great success. On the final two days the site was open to the public; before that it worked in B2B format.
All Central Asian countries also presented their culture at the exhibition.
TOURISM EXPO JAPAN was held from October 26 to 29 in Osaka, Japan, with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
