Kyrgyzstan receives more than 20 thousand doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Kyrgyzstan received 20 thousand 160 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against COVID-19, the press service of UNICEF Kyrgyzstan reported, Kabar reports. 

The vaccine arrived at the central warehouse of the Republican Immunoprophylaxis Center (RCI) of the Kyrgyz Republic. They will be distributed to vaccination sites across the country to ensure the most vulnerable populations are immunized against COVID-19.

Their total cost is more than 136 thousand US dollars. They were provided by the COVAX Facility with support from UNICEF.
