Kyrgyzstan reports 11.5 thsd cases of influenza and 2 cases of COVID-19

The Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance spoke about the epidemiological situation in the country, Kabar reports. 

According to operational data in the 50th week of 2023 (12/11-12/17/23), 11 thousand 575 cases of influenza were registered in the republic compared to the previous week, an increase of +43.4%.

Compared to last year (50th week of 2022, 39,568 seq.), there is a decrease of 4.0 times.

Over the past 50 weeks, 2 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Bishkek and the Chui region.
