Kyrgyzstan, South Korea to enhance co-op in energy
Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan Taalaibek Ibraev met on Thursday with representatives of Starkoff Co. Ltd. from Korea, Kabar reports.
During the meeting the sides discussed a number of issues aimed at the development of the energy sector, the press service of the Energy Ministry said.
They also stressed the importance of keeping records of electricity generation before its delivery to the consumer, further development of Kyrgyz-Korean relations, use and development of information technologies in the energy sector
In addition, Minister of Energy Ibraev and President of Starkoff Co. Ltd. (South Korea) Ahn Taeho signed a memorandum on strengthening cooperation between Korea and Kyrgyzstan in the energy sector.
