Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan hold regular border talks

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan – Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kamchybek Tashiev met with Head of Tajikistan’s State Committee for National Security Saimumin Yatimov, Kabar reports. 

The sides held regular negotiations on delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border.

The meeting took place in the city of Buston, Sughd Province of Tajikistan. The heads of delegations gave specific instructions to the working groups to continue work on clarifying the line of the state border between the two countries.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
