KZ Ambassador meets Russian leading mass media

MOSCOW. January 22. KAZINFORM /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ Today Kazakh Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia Adilbek Dzhaksybekov has held a meeting with heads of the Russian leading mass media in the Kazakh Embassy; Kazinform reports.

The head of the diplomatic mission informed of main results in social-economic and domestic policy of Kazakhstan in 2008, foreign policy priorities. According to the Ambassador, a lot of work is expected to further intensification of Kazakh-Russian cooperation in 2009. Besides, it was emphasized that a package of documents on functioning of the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia is prepared. A.Dzhaksybekov answered questions of the Russian journalists on the Kazakh experience in the development of anti-recessionary measures, set out by our two countries for joint efforts to overcome the crisis and its consequences. It was noted that interaction in information space plays a significant role in strengthening Kazakh-Russian multilateral cooperation.
