KZT 300 bln needed to support SME projects, National Economy Minister
This year some 300 billion tenge will be allocated from the budget to support small and medium entrepreneurship projects, National Economy Minister Alibek Kuantyrov told the Government meeting.
Some 300 billion tenge will be spent for backing 40,000 continuing and 20,000 new projects of small and medium entrepreneurship. The most subsidizing projects were developed in the cities of Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent, as well as Almaty and Aktobe regions, the least was implemented in Ulytau, Zhetysu and Abai regions.
He added that most projects were fulfilled in the processing industry, transportation and warehousing, education, and SME.
As earlier reported, Kazakhstan developed a new business state support program.
