KZT2.7bn worth of agricultural investment projects underway in Kazakhstan

The Kazakh ministry of agriculture is implementing KZT2.7tl worth of investment projects in the next five years, vice minister of agriculture of Kazakhstan Yerbol Taszhurekov said, Kazinform Agency correspondent reports. 

There’re over 800 investment projects worth KZT2.7trl underway in the country. They’re to be carried out in the next five years, said vice minister Taszhurekov.

The Kazakh agriculture vice minister welcomed business representatives of the CIS countries to join investment projects, assuring all the necessary favorable conditions.

According to him, there are investment projects underway in the field of animal husbandry, crop production, and agricultural products production.

It is worth noting, the Kazah capital hosted the ministerial conference on the CIS country’s cooperation in ensuring food security.
