Law on freedom of faith not in line with Kazakh Constitution: President

KAZINFORM As earlier reported the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan recognized the Law ?On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of religious freedom and religious associations?, adopted by the Kazakh Parliament to be not in line with the Constitution, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Council.

In accordance with the information of the Presidential Administration, the Head of the State agreed with the decision of the Constitutional Council and doesn?t intend to make any objections. The regulatory resolution of the Constitutional Council is published in the in the official national publications.
