Legal Policy Concept's realization discussed in Astana

ASTANA.  August 27. KAZINFORM Conference on realization of the Legal Policy Concept of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020 signed by the Head of the State as of August 24, 2009 was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Talgat Donakov in Astana today.

The new document defines main priorities of the country's legal policy in the forthcoming decade including improvement of the national legislation, law-enforcement and court systems.

Complex development of the legal system in accordance with the main directions outlined in the Concept will promote strengthening statehood and legality regime, observance of the constitutional rights and freedoms of people, ensuring stable development of the country.

Following the conference there were developed recommendations to be considered while drafting action plans on the Concept's realization.
