Lightning strikes a man in E Kazakhstan

UST KAMENOGORSK. A shepherd was rushed to intensive care unit with thermal burns caused by lightning stroke in East Kazakhstan region, the emergency situations department reports. 

The 48-year-old man survived the lightning strike leaving his left leg and neck burnt.

It is the first accident in 2018 in the region when lightning hurts the man.
