Lithuanian businessmen invited to Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has congratulated people of Lithuania on the 25th anniversary of country's independence, speaking at the Kazakhstan-Lithuania Business Forum in Astana.

"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate your country on the 25th anniversary of its independence. Kazakhstan and Lithuania had attained independence around the same period of time, but didn't grow apart, on the contrary, we became even closer," Prime Minister Massimov said. According to Mr. Massimov, that is evidenced by close partnership between the two nations. The head of the Kazakh Government also invited Lithuanian business to Kazakhstan.
