Main goal of 'Nation in Flow of History' program is to create conditions for historical science breakthrough in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. June 28. KAZINFORM - In Akorda the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Tajin has chaired the second meeting of the Interagency Working Group for the Study of National History, the press service of Akorda reports

The meeting reviewed the measures taken by the competent state authorities to develop the program titled "Nation in Flow of History," as well as realization of the objectives set at the first meeting of the committee.

The main goal of the program is to create conditions for a breakthrough of historical science of Kazakhstan based on advanced methodologies and techniques to expand the horizons of the national history of the Kazakhs, the formation of a new historical outlook of the nation, as well as understanding of two decades of recent history of our country.

Following the event were given specific instructions on various aspects of the organization of research, teaching and information-analytical work on the holistic study of national history.
