Majilis approved bill on gas and gas supply

ASTANA. November 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Majilis has approved a draft Law "On gas and gas supply" at a plenary session.

"The bill will be a legal base for activity of the national operator. One of the main functions of the national operator is implementation of pre-emptive right of the state to acquire commercial and raw gas to meet the domestic needs of the country," Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbatev said.
