Majilis approved bill ?On National Welfare Fund?

ASTANA. January 28. KAZINFORM The Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) approved the bill ?On the National Welfare Fund? at a plenary session, Kazinform reports.

Kazakh Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov noted that the bill is aimed at providing organization and effective activity of the Fund; defines the status and peculiarities of its activity. The bill empowers the Fund with the right to buy strategic facilities by the decision of the Kazakh Government, facilities of competitive mass under the bankruptcy of organizations, negotiable right for surface resources management and others. The Majilis deputies introduced a number of amendments to the bill.
