Majilis approved in first reading bill on communication

ASTANA. November 24. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Draft Law On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on communication has been approved today it the first reading at the plenary session of the Kazakh Majilis.

"The bill aims at provision of the Kazakhstan population with digital satellite TV, satisfaction of the regions' demand in domestic TV and radio programs and reduction of dependence of the Kazakh TV and radio market on foreign TV and radio programs", Deputy Maira Aissina said presenting the document.
