Majilis approved ratification of RK-Korea Treaty on mutual legal assistance

ASTANA. January 8. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbakov/ The lower House of the Kazakh Parliament has approved draft Law On ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea on mutual legal assistance in criminal cases, Kazinform correspondent reports.

The Treaty signed on November 13, 2003 in Seoul aims at increasing efficiency of cooperation of both countries in prevention, investigation of crimes, prosecution in the court, and performance of procedural actions, transfer of real evidences, and confiscation of the property acquired by criminal means.
