Majilis approves amendments to Law ?On State Registration of Real Property Rights and Transactions?

ASTANA. January, 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Majilis of the Parliament approved the draft law ?On amendments to the Law of RK ?On state registration of real property rights and transactions? at the plenary session, Kazinform correspondent reports.

In accordance with the regulatory decision of the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan as of April, 23, 2008 #4 ?On checking the constitutionality of Article 9, and paragraph 3 and subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of article 25 of the Law of the RK ?On state registration of real property rights and transactions? at the petition of the municipal court #2 of Kostanay city, Kostanay region? subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Law ?On state registration of real property rights and transactions? was admitted inappropriate to the Constitution. Therefore, as stated in the conclusions of the Committee on legislation and judicial and legal reform, the need to restore the missed deadline by the court is no longer needed, so the draft Law deletes paragraph 3 of Article 9 and paragraph 9 of Article 22.
