Majilis Chairman met with President of Center for Peace and Human Rights K.M. Bondevik

ASTANA. December 9. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The OSCE membership conciliates Kazakhstan and Norway. It was said at the meeting of the Majilis (lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) Ural Mukhamedzhanov with President of the Center for Peace and Human Rights Kjell Magne Bondevik that has been held today in the Majilis.

The problems of Afghanistan, nuclear weapons free world, interreligious dialogue, addressed by Kazakhstan are of special interest", K.M.Bondevik said.

U.Mukhamedzhanov noted that the work of the Center goes in line with the priorities of Kazakhstan. Besides, the issues concerning the planned by Kazakhstan conference on the OSCE tolerance, preparation to standing Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions and other activities on the development of the civilizations dialogue were discussed as well.

K.M.Bondevik complimented the warm relations established between our countries. Similarity of policies is expressed in the establishment of oil funds in both countries that became an instrument of problems resolution in the crisis period.
