Majilis Committee Chairman, President of Czech Commerce and Industry Chamber met

ASTANA. February 23. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Chairman of the Majilis Committee on Economic Reforms and Regional Development Vladimir Bobrov has met with President of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of the Czech Republic Irzi Nestawal, Kazinform reports.

Representatives of several ministries of Kazakhstan, Czech state bodies and large companies attended the meeting. V. Bobrov told about the major achievements in economic development of Kazakhstan, Government?s anti-recessionary measures and its plans on attraction of foreign investments. He also noted positive dynamics of economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic. According to him, there are 172 joint Kazakh-Czech enterprises working in different sectors of economy. In turn, the Head of the Czech Chamber of Commerce noted that energy, energy saving and environmental protection were the most perspective directions of Czech - Kazakh partnership.
