Majilis deputies approve bill on double taxation avoidance b/w Kazakhstan and Macedonia

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Majilis today's plenary session has approved the bill "On ratification of the Agreement between the Governments of Kazakhstan and Macedonia for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income".

The Agreement aims at strengthening and expansion of economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Macedonia by creating favorable conditions for mutual investment. The document contains provisions under which the dividends, interests and royalties may be taxed in the state of occurrence of the source of income at reduced rates.
