Majilis ratified Agreement on anti-dumping and countervailing measures to third countries

ASTANA 21. January 21. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Majilis has approved a draft Law ?On ratification of the Agreement on use of special protective, antidumping and countervailing measures to third countries? at a plenary session, Kazinform reports.

This Agreement, which was signed on January 25, 2008 in Moscow, regulates relations, which appear in connection with import of goods from the third countries and are oriented to the states of the Customs Union ? Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
