Majilis rep meets Turkish Ambassador

ASTANA. January 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Chairman of the Majilis?s Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security Nurbakh Rustemov has held a meeting with Turkish Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kazakhstan Atilla Gunay in the Majilis; Kazinform reports.

Within the meeting issues concerning the Kazakh legislation in the acquisition of real property by foreign nationals were discussed. N.Rustemov noted that foreign citizens enjoy the samerights as the Kazakh citizens in acquisition of real property. Participating in the meeting, Kazakh Vice Minister of Justice Dulat Kustavletov explained rights and duties of foreign citizens, who acquire real estate in Kazakhstan, emphasizing, that under the current Kazakh law, foreign nationals can not buy land property for farming and construction of summer house.
