Majilis Speaker and Head of Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia has conversation
Y. Chikhanchin arrived in Kazakhstan at the invitation of Head of the Majilis Dariga Nazarbayeva to tell about the activity of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service he heads.
The main theme of the meeting was the issue regarding fighting illegal financing of terrorism, at a lawmaking level.
The interlocutors emphasized the importance of ensuring transparency of financial flows especially taking into account the recent activation of the international terrorism.
K. Dzhakupov told about modernization of the Kazakhstan legislation in that sphere.
Y. Chikhachin highly praised the level of the Kazakh-Russian relations in general and in the sphere of combating economic crimes in particular.
Speaking of the importance of five institutional reforms initiated by the President Y. Chikhachin noted the significance the legal framework meeting the international standards.
The interlocutors agreed that it was highly importance within the EEU.
