Majilis Speaker meets with Qatar Ambassador

ASTANA. March 17. KAZINFORM Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Qatar to Kazakhstan Naser Rashid Muhhamed Al-Naimi has visited the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakhstan Parliament) today.

Speaker Ural Mukhamedzhanov received the foreign Diplomat. He congratulated the guest on taking the new post and wished him successful work in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Majilis informed Kazinform. The Majilis Chairman informed the guest of Kazakhstan's policy and measures of overcoming the crisis situation. They also discussed the issues of Kazakhstan's mission in international organizations, such as Kazakhstan?s chairmanship of the OSCE in 2010 and the Organization of the Islamic Conference in 2011. The Diplomat spoke for the expansion of bilateral cooperation the important element of which is the relations between the Parliaments and preparedness of both countries to the integration in different sectors of the economy.
