Majilis Speaker met with reps of International Conference of Asian Political Parties

ASTANA. March 27. KAZINFORM ?Kazakhstan welcomes and values holding of the 10 session of the General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) in Astana in autumn 2009?, Chairman of the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) Ural Mukhamedzhanov said at the meeting with Co-Chairmen of the ICAPP Standing Committee Jose de Venecia and Chung Eui-yong, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Majilis.

At the meeting with participation of Majilis Deputy Maral Itegulov the representatives of the ICAPP complimented the leading role of Kazakhstan in the Central Asian region and highly appraised the foreign policy initiatives of our country. Chung Eui-yong invited the Speaker of the House to pay visit to the Republic of Korea. The guests expressed admirations with the construction site of Astana and wished Kazakh people further peaceful creative labor.
