Majilis to improve operational investigative activity

KAZINFORM /Zhiger Baitelesov/ The Committee on Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform of the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) concluded consideration of the bill ?On introduction of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of operational and investigative activities?, Kazinform reports.

Amendments, aimed at intensification of guarantees on observance of citizens rights in operational investigative means were introduced to the New Criminal and Penal Codes, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ?On operational-investigative activity?. The bill will be discussed at the plenary session of the Majilis on January 28.
