ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Malaysia is a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the Muslim world, this statement was made by President Nursultan Nazarbayev in Akorda during the ceremony of presenting credentials by the ambassadors of foreign countries.

"Relations between Kazakhstan and Malaysia are developing dynamically. This is our reliable political and trading partner, not only in Southeast Asia, but all over the Muslim world. The recent official visit of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has given an impact for increased economic cooperation. There were signed contracts totaling more than USD one billion", said Nursultan Nazarbayev. Kazakh President also noted that Kazakhstan basis on Malaysia's experience in implementing the system of Islamic Finance.
