Malaysian FM to visit Kazakhstan for first time

ASTANA. February 28. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Malaysian Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Aman Anif is expected to pay a visit to Kazakhstan on March 9-12. This will be the first official visit in the history of bilateral relations of the two states. Official representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Askar Abdrakhmanov has made it public at a briefing today.

A range of bilateral meetings with the leadership of Kazakhstan is planned to be held within the visit. The sides are expected to address the prospects for strengthening the bilateral relations in political, economic and humanitarian spheres as well as multilateral interaction within the upcoming presidency of Kazakhstan in the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.
