Mangistau region plans to construct a ferry complex
KURYK. November 15. KAZINFORM - A ferry complex will be constructed in the Kuryk settlement of Mangistau region, mayor of Mangistau region Alik Aydarbayev said at the CCS briefing, the web-site of the Prime Minister reports.
"The question of construction of a ferry complex in the Kuryk settlement is now studied. We have great expectations on seaport Kuryk. All engineering and social infrastructure in this settlement is already constructed," he said.
Besides, Kazakhstan vessels will be built and repaired in the territory of port, according to the KazMunaiGas national company project in the total cost of 42.6 billion tenge.
"Today concrete measures for development of coastal infrastructure are already taken - bases of support of sea oil operations of the companies Adzhip, "KazMunaiGas", and Balykshy LLP are created, shipyards are constructed and work," the myor added.
