Memo on creation of Fund for Vocational Training signed in Astana

ASTANA. November 20. KAZINFORM. /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and National Economic Chamber "Atameken Union" signed memorandum on creation of a Fund for Vocational Training at the II International Forum "Vocational Education and Business: Dialogue of Partners" in Astana today.

The establishment of such fund is the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev's task. The partners plan to use its resources for the programs on development of technical and vocational education system, personnel training and creation of new educational programs.

The protocols on intentions were also signed between the Ministry of Education and Science and Saudi Arabia Technical Vocational Training Corporation, Dutch company GEMCO INTERNATIONAL BV and Fontys University of Applied Sciences of the Netherlands.
