ALMATY. November 16. KAZINFORM Head of Metropolitan District in Kazakhstan, Metropolitan of Astana and Kazakhstan Alexander congratulated Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Kazakhstan Muslims, Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan Absattar Kazhy Derbisali on holy Qurban Ayt.
