Ministerial reshuffle - strategic move for the short-term, view

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Cabinet reshuffle is a strategic move for the short-term," Professor Marat Bashimov told a briefing at the Central Communications Service in Astana.

"The point at issue is that the majority of experts arrive at conclusion that the current geopolitical situation is challenging. All the consequences of the global economic crisis have not been yet tackled. The Government is getting ready to conditions the country may face soon," he added. "The tasks set before he Government for the next two or three years are challenging. Generally, it concerns the Eurasian Economic Space, accession to the WTO, budget control and efficient public administration issues," he resumed.
