Modern state of socio-economic situation considered in L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University

ANA. November 2. KAZINFORM A research conference devoted to discussion and scientific assessment of existing social-economic situation in the light of measures and ways proposed in the President's Address to the Nation as of March, 6, 2009 has taken place in L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

The event organized by the Internal Policy Administration of Astana city and Youth Media-Union of Kazakhstan was attended by scientists, journalists, candidates for a master's degree and students. The University students together with their teachers took part in the event.

Famous publicist, Vice President of National Company 'Kazinform Agency' Kenzhebolat Zholdybay headed the conference. His rich professional experience brought a high significance to the work of the conference and turned it into an excited discussion on the life of the country and role of each citizen in this process.

The conference became a part of the large project organized by Internal Policy Administration of Astana. Other four conferences will take place within the project following the results of which a collection of reports will be issued.
