More money allocated for social assistance in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. February 13. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Provisions for housing help and allowances for families, having children under 18 were increased in Pavlodar this year. Twice more funds were allocated for provision of persons with disabilities with health aids, Kazinform reports.

Over 36 thousand people will secure assistance amounted to KZT 438 mln under the program ?Social help to the population?. One of the main directions of the program is material assistance and services for persons with disabilities. For social rehabilitation disabled people are provided with individual helpers and specialists of sign language. Social partnership of non-governmental organizations and the state under the realization of municipal socially important programs advances in Pavlodar. NGOs carry out government orders on socio-legal services for veterans of labor and children with disabilities.
