More than 9 million ballots to be made for early presidential elections

ASTANA. March 3. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ More than 9 million ballots will be produced for the early presidential elections of Kazakhstan scheduled for April 3.

Secretary of the Central Election Commission Bakhyt Meldeshev said it at the regular sitting of the CEC.

"The number of ballots including reserved 1 percent of the total number of voters is 9 mln 191 thousand and 977 ballots," B. Meldeshev made it public at the sitting.

He also noted that the Banknote Factory of the National Bank of Kazakhstan was to produce the ballots. The candidates' names will be arranged alphabetically in the ballots.
