Moscow to host CSTO summit on 19 December

NSK. December 13. KAZINFORM A joint meeting of the CSTO charter bodies will take place in Moscow on 19 December, BelTA learnt from CSTO Spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov.

Partaking in the meeting will be the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Collective Security Councils. The meeting participants will consider the agenda of a regular meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council and draft documents on development of a crisis response system, enhancing efficiency of military cooperation, implementation of agreements made at the CSTO informal summit in Astana in August this year.

According to BelTA, besides, the participants will discuss priority areas of activity for the organization and an action plan to celebrate the 20th anniversary of signing the Collective Security Treaty and the 10th anniversary of the CSTO foundation.
