Moscow to host event on forum of heads of Caspian countries

BAKU. November 9. KAZINFORM Moscow will host an event November 10 dedicated to the forum of the heads of Caspian countries, to be held in Baku November 18, Alexei Vlasov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History at the Moscow State University, said

The round-table will be organized by the Caspian Cooperation Institute, headed by Sergey Mikheyev.

"The information-analytical agency "Vestnik Kavkaza" will cover this event. We were also invited as participants, as our colleague from Trend agency Seymur Aliyev, " Vlasov said.

He said that the meeting will be attended by the experts from all the Caspian littoral countries.

"It is planned to consider the most important aspects of the Caspian problem. The most important thing is to determine the attitude of all countries of the Caspian Five to the idea of creating a Community Advisory Board and how to reach the consensus on the issues that remain at the center of attention through integration organizations uniting resource, political, expert potential of the Caspian countries, " Vlasov said.

He said that the key issues such as bio-resources, a situation worsening each year and basic principles in the Caspian geopolitics will be discussed at the event, Trend News reports.
