Most of Bolashak program graduates work in private sector
JSC Center for International Programs, the administrator of the Bolashak International Scholarship, has revealed the number of the graduates employed in various sectors, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to the CIP, 31% of the Bolashak graduates are employed in government agencies, 16.2% are working in quasi-state sector. 5.8% of the graduates work in foreign companies, 1.7% - in international organizations and 0.5% work in diplomatic missions. 1.1% of the graduates are employed in national companies, and 1% work in public associations. The biggest share of the Bolashak alumni or 42.8% work in private sector.
There are 905 Bolashak graduates, including 470 doctors, in healthcare sector. 1,380 graduates work in education sphere, with 913 of them working in educational institutions including elementary, higher and postgraduate education, as well as educational centres.
Approximately 4,000 Bolashak graduates including 2,200 engineers, 1,300 IT professionals and about 400 scientists are employed in economy sector and 156 people work in agriculture.
