Mother tried to sell her newborn baby for USD 8,800

AKTOBE. KAZINFORM A 24-year-old young mother who apparently tried to sell her newborn baby daughter for USD 8,800 was detained in Aktobe.

The girl's grandmother and mother wanted to sell her in order to buy an apartment and then reduced the sum to USD 8,800. Both women were taken to the detention centre. Investigation is underway.
