N. Nazarbayev arrived in Moscow for working visit
The Head of State is expected to meet with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev. In the afternoon Nursultan Nazarbayev will meet Chairman of the RF Government Vladimir Putin.
Issues concerning Kazakh-Russian cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats will be on agenda of the meetings.
As the Kremlin press service informs, the presidents will exchange views on relevant issues of trade-economic cooperation including fuel-energy sphere, interaction in space researches and the prospects of expanding inter-regional and near-border ties.
The heads of state are expected to discuss formation of the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus and to define further steps on establishment of the Single Economic Space which must be launched by January 1, 2012. Special attention will be given to the development of other integration structures functioning in the post-Soviet space, like the CIS, the EurAsEC and the CSTO as well as to coordination of actions in the UN and the SCO.
The presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan will also exchange views on urgent international issues including the situation in Northern Africa, Japan and Central Asian region, a press release reads.
