N.Nazarbayev backs US readiness for dialogue with Iran

ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ ?Kazakhstan considers that Iran like other countries of the world has a full right for peaceful nuclear energy?, President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced at a briefing after his meeting with Iranian counterpart, Kazinform reports.

He emphasized that Kazakhstan backed the statements of Russia and the USA about intentions of these countries to reduce nuclear weapons. ?President Barack Obama announced in Prague on April 5, that he would achieve peace on the earth without nuclear weapon. We welcome such statement?, N.Nazarbayev said. The President supported the US readiness for a dialogue with Iran on the basis of mutual interest and respect to each other. ?We welcome such statements and are ready to take part in them?, the Head of the State said.
