N.Nazarbayev laid foundation of new state and new society - Nurlan Nigmatulin

ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM First Deputy Chairman of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party Nurlan Nigmatulin has commented on the initiative on awarding President N.Nazarbayev Halyk Kaharmany (People's Hero) title.

The Party's press release reads.

"Estimating the way passed over 20 years of independence, we are keenly aware of the fact that all our victories and successes are associated with the name and activity of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Owing to his political will, hardness and vigour, strategic course, the country reached such impressive achievements.
