N. Nazarbayev launched ArcelorMittal Temirtau investment projects

RAGANDA. November 21. KAZINFORM /Olga Petrenko/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev during his working trip to Karaganda region has visited today ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC.

The Head of State participated in launching two large investment projects included into the country's Industrialization Map. The President pushed the button of the new continuous casting machine there congratulating steel workers on this event.

Later Nursultan Nazarbayev got familiarized with the new historical and cultural centre built by the 20^th anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan.

As earlier reported, the President arrived in Karaganda region for a working visit. Today Nursultan Nazarbayev visited the new social facilities such as tennis and boxing centers, an Ice Palace, and a cathedral mosque. Tomorrow the President will pay a visit to an aviation works, the Independence Monument, and take part in the live link-up.
