N. Nazarbayev sent letter of condolences to family of Viktor Chernomyrdin over his death

ASTANA. November 3. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a letter of condolences to the family of Viktor Chernomyrdin over his death, the Presidential press service informs.

'It is a great loss for the Kazakh people. We all knew him as a good man, statesman, very talented organizer who contributed a lot to strengthening of the Kazakh-Russian relations', the letter reads.

As was reported earlier former Prime Minister of Russia Viktor Chernomyrdin died on November 3 in Moscow.

His last position was Special Representative of Russia on economic cooperation with the CIS states and adviser of Dmitry Medvedev.
