N. Nazarbayev: Slovenia is important partner of Kazakhstan in EU

sp;  ASTANA. November 11. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Kazakhstan considers Slovenia to be an important perspective partner in the European Union. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has made it public at the negotiations with his Slovenian counterpart Danilo Turk in Astana today.

"Despite the global crisis our countries continue to develop. It forms a background for implementation of new joint projects", N. Nazarbayev said.

He expressed hope that the current visit of the Slovenian President to Kazakhstan would give a new impulse to development of bilateral relations.

According to the Kazakh leader, the volume of bilateral trade turnover is much lower than it can be. 18 enterprises with the Slovenian capital are registered in Kazakhstan for today. They are engaged in trade, services, processing industry and etc.
