N. Nazarbayev visited water treatment plant in Atyrau

ATYRAU. November 17. KAZINFORM /Andrei Sokolov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev visited the water treatment plant No 3 while being in Atyrau within the framework of his working trip.

The Head of State was informed that the plant was capable of processing 30 thousand cubic meters of water in 24 hours and was designed to process water from surface sources. The quality of water meets all standards. When the plant gets its maximum level of production it will provide all the micro districts of Atyrau with drinking water.

The plant was constructed by the JSC 'Tengizchevroil'. The cost of the project is KZT 670 mln.
