National and local budgets likely to be reviewed due to global economic situation: PM

ASTANA. January 12. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ In January the Government of Kazakhstan will follow the economic situation in the world. Prime Minister Karim Massimov does not rule out possible corrections to the national and local budgets, Kazinform reports.

?Taking into account the global economic situation we will introduce some corrections to the country?s development strategies and national and local budgets. We will discuss it in detail tomorrow at the Government?s session?, Karim Massimov said at the sitting of the board of the Kazakh Agency for Informatization and Communication. In the course of the sitting the Prime Minister also noted that the tasks set to the AIC were fulfilled. ?However, to date the situation is quite different, and the Agency should keep on moving ahead?, he stressed.
